I know you probably do not want to hear this, but we at Move Well Fitness, do not believe in misleading you nor not giving you all the necessary tools to achieve your goals.

As a result, if you do not have a grasp on your nutrition, you will not achieve your goals. We take this seriously and so should you. However, we understand how psychological foods can be for a lot of people in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Potomac, Rockville, Silver Spring & NW DC , so we try to make it as easy as possible for you.

By using the Easy Peasy Guide to Healthy Eating  and writing down what you eat and drink in a journal, we will make sure that you start (and stay) on the right track with your eating habits. Our counseling is very interactive and we even do grocery store “field trips” to give you the low down on what is good and not so good to eat and drink. We do believe in meal replacements where appropriate, so we offer Shakeology to all our clients. It truly is the healthiest meal of the day!
