These experiences are designed to enhance the knowledge and integrity of current and future fitness leaders through courses, lectures and workshops.

The desire to help others reach their maximum fitness potential begins with you, the fellow fitness professional, so, it is important that you stay abreast of the latest research, exercise programs and equipment. We provide continuing education in courses such as: program design, corrective exercise, senior fitness and functional training.
