You Don’t Have to Always Choose

You don’t have to always choose.

When you take full ownership of your life, you realize a lot of things.

One of those things is that you are 100% in control of yourself, your time, and what’s possible in your life. Or, God gives each of us the ability to be in control of our lives.

Too often we adopt the belief that we “can’t have it all” or that we “must choose.”

Firstly, we must choose a successful career or raising a family.

Secondly, we must choose between being a dedicated parent and taking care of ourselves.

Thirdly, we must choose family time or fitness.

We must choose between losing sleep or getting just a little bit more work done.

The truth is that these are all lies. Yes, that’s right, people have been dishonest with us.

There is no “either/or” when it comes to an overall successful and fulfilling life.

You can take incredible care of your body and health AND be a great parent/spouse AND have a wildly successful career. I know this because I know a lot of people doing this. If I may, I would include myself in this category.

Likewise, you can have it all if you’ll let yourself believe it and create it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s easier said than done. But, it can be done.

It is mind over matter.

So where in your life do you believe you must choose?

Is it with your family?

Perhaps it’s with your education?

Is it with your personal health and fitness?

What if you changed that belief? What would it look like if you could have it all?

In conclusion, please hit reply and share. I want to know what’s coming up for you around this common fallacy!

To Your Success,
