How to create your own reality…
Your inner world (your thoughts and beliefs) will determine your outer world (what’s actually happening in how to create your own reality).
Read any book on this topic and it will tell you that you inner mindset is everything!
For example, if you believe that you can lose 5 lbs. in a month, then everything you do on the outside should reflect this. So, you’ll exercise 3x/week. You will drink your body weight in ounces of water daily and you will eat a small amount of protein with each meal.
If you fully believe that you’re capable of change, committing to the process, and of creating the body of your dreams, you’ll do it.
But if any part of you inside is saying “yeah, but probably not for x, y, and z reasons,” you won’t do it.
For example, if you tell yourself, “I’ll try to lose 5 lbs. in a month, but, it’s going to be hard. You’ve already set up yourself up for failure because your inner world is negative.
The universe does NOT like mixed messages. You simply cannot SAY you want something but THINK that it’s not actually possible and expect it to work. I’m sure I’m not the only one guilty of this!

Aligning your beliefs with your desires is the first step in creating whatever you want in any area of life.
